Well, I slowly started gaining weight and before I realized it I'm up 20lbs. I tried several diets but they didn't work... well at least with out exercise. The biggest difference Ive seen and felt is my energy level and the way my clothes fit. Im feeling so much better! Working on about 15 more Lbs.
