In my younger years I had always been a huge eater. I stuffed myself with junk food and sweets. At dinner time I could eat 2nd (and sometimes 3rd) helpings and stayed at a steady 125 pounds. However, when I reached my mid-30's, the weight slowly started creeping up.
About two years ago I was shocked one day when I stepped on the scale and I weighed 190!! I hated the way I looked and began feeling insecure. I knew I had to do something and bring my weight back down. I decided to cut back on my caloric intake, and in 6 months I brought my weight down to 172. My goal is to be a healthy and toned 139 pounds.
I into my 1st round of P90X and will be adding in some Hip Hob Abs from time to time, to change things up since I tend to become bored with the same day to day workouts. Yes....even if there ARE 12 different workouts in the same program.
I am also trying to eat a little better (with some persistence from my hubby).
