I know I am young and my weight is not much of an issue now, but I worry about what will happen in the future. My family has a history of diabetes and other weight related health problems.

In November I started working out between six and seven days a week with another program. I felt good, had more energy, and was beginning to tone up and lose weight. I kept seeing the Turbo Jam adds and wanted to order because they looked so fun. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford it at the time and I had other workouts I was doing. After a while I had a hard time seeing the results and my roommate had also stopped working out. In February I stopped excercising and my diet slipped. I gained 5 of the 10 lbs I lost back.

I finally ordered Turbo Jam at the end of May. I made sure to take all my measurements and my before pictures so I can chart my progress and see the results. I am committed and I am sure I will stick with it.

I completed 90 days of Turbo Jam for a total lost of 10 lbs 9.25 inches and 5.5% body fat. I must say I loved this program. I could not wait to jump out of bed every morning and push play.

Then I moved on to start YBB. I Love love love this program. I noticed a change in my flexibility every day. And the booty is sore after every workout. After 10 weeks of the advanced rotation I was definately noticing some great changes.

I started P90X on the first of the year unfortunately I was not able to complete it due to some stomach issues that came up during the program. I must admit that with these stomach issues I took about three months off from working out and my diet slipped horribly.

Here it is my one year BB anniversary and I am ready to take over the flabby body that creeped back the last three months. This time I am doing Slim in 6 adding some Hip Hop Abs and running my dog in for doubles. My next project will be P90 doubling with TJ and running. Then it will be back to the X doubling with running. (Gotta get my poor chubby doggie in shape too!)
