I'm a 43 year-old Information Technology professional, US Marine Corps Alumane, divorced father of two who is finally, finally, finally getting off his lilly white butt and using the vids he bought years ago.
I've only recently had any issue with my weight, always being lean and thin - but the middle aged spread keeps creeping up on me. 200lbs on a 5'9" with a 39" belly is just NOT RIGHT...

It's amazing how one does try to eat oneself happy - chocolate being my panacea, and the availability of freindly dealers to feed an out of control habit helps get you fat, numb and happy.
Let's just say, alot was making me not happy, alot was going on that gave me permission to ignore what I truly needed - things that were once such an essential part of my life, but under duress I sacrificed without remorse.
Today I'm a different man - granted I heard Tony and numerous other fitness guru's wailing in the wilderness - but it took alot for this man to want to hear, and get up and push play and start eating right and try to grow into something better.
The wonderful woman I share my life with now is part of my journey, and part of why I push play and make myself into a better man. We share an active, vital lifestyle, and she doesn't let me give excuses for myself. She started me on this journey, me following her steadfast example to better herself started last year. And now I find her getting up and joining me when I push play and we laugh at the same time during the vids when Tony says with irony - "boy are we having some fun."
In the end we are having fun - we are enjoying our results, our rejuvenated bodies and the grinning, encouraging man - just a few years my senior - egging us on to do better.

Stumbled onto Beach Body - Power90 - about 7 years ago during my late night surfing during a nacho and sweet tea induced haze - Tony was just no-nonsense enough and clever enough to induce me to bite on something other than a ranch flavored chip.
At the time I was topping the scale at about 205 lbs.
Tune into August 2009 - those vids were dusty and hardly touched since my first go-round. Actually got through a month the first time before my now-exwife and I said bullocks, cause it was too hard - translation - we didn't want it that much. Now I want it that much! After sea-sawing down to 165 with stress and poor habits, I'm now back up to kissing (197 lbs!!!) the 200 lb mark again - this daddy of two doesn't want to to be a fat-fat-fatty-bumbalatti, even if my son likes having a "comfy-daddy."
