I'm 39 years old married with 2 children. I work for a major Newspaper organization. In 2004 I, along with my wife, joined L.A Weight Loss and I lost 62 lbs over 4 months. But I experienced a job loss that lasted nearly 18 months. I began to stress eat and little by little 30 lbs returned. My current job is a desk job and I sit most of the day. I officially started this March 3, 2008 weighing in at 226. My chest was 41 inches, my 42 inches and so was my hips. Now today I took my measurements at day 55 and my chest was 45 1/2" and my hips More...
I officially started this March 3, 2008 weighing in at 226. My chest was 41 inches, my 42 inches and so was my hips. Now today I took my measurements at day 55 and my chest was 45 1/2" and my hips was 40 and my hips was 39. So I am seeing a difference, not great buldging mucsles I wanted, but I'm learning that will come in time and with more hard work. So until then I will keep pushing play and working towards day 90!
