I have been married to a wonderful man, (my high school sweetheart) for 23+
years, when we married I was in the best shape of my life. Then we had 3 terrific
son's all of whom I took better care of than myself. Now that the boys have
grown up and can take care of themselves. It's time for me.

My transformation is still in progress. However, I have made a big change in
my life by working with the Beachbody programs. I was a very hyper little
girl. The oldest of three girls, I played all of the rough games the
neighborhood boys played. I worked off everything I ate. My weight gain
started when I was told by my OBGYN to slow down on the jogging &
working out. I had a condition that cause all of my children to be born early.
After gaining 45 pounds, our 1st son was born. We then had our second boy
22 months later, after never really getting back to pre-baby weight and
gaining another 25 pounds, I tried to start working out again, it was just to
hard with the 2 little ones, working full time, my back was killing me. It took
a long time and lot of diet drugs, weight watchers, etc, nothing worked. Then
we had our third boy, this time I gained more than 60 pounds. So I found a
doctor who prescribed another diet drug. I lost all the baby weight plus some
and was so happy about my weight until they stopped my refills and I gained
it all back. I now have been with Beachbody for 6 months
and have lost 65 pounds and feel great! I can't wait to see what's next!
