I am a 47 year old married mom of two boys. One of which has special
needs. My oldest son is 15, he simply amazes me. He is a very bright
young man that shows an immense amount of love,patience and compassion
for his little brother. My youngest son is 7.

Having a child with special needs certainly has some challenges. Honestly, I
can say that it has really made me look at alot of things

In August of 2004, my weight was up to 198 lbs.I purchased the SI6 program and after 6 weeks I was so pleased! I had lost 20 pounds, and 24 inches!Feeling pretty motivated by this, I purchased More...
In August of 2004, my weight was up to 198 lbs.I purchased the SI6 program and after 6 weeks I was so pleased! I had lost 20 pounds, and 24 inches!Feeling pretty motivated by this, I purchased started using Yoga Booty Ballet.( what a fun workout!)By November 2004 I was down to 165 lbs. I had lost a total of 33 lbs.
I don't even remember what happened,but life got hecktic and I stopped using my SI6 and Yoga Booty tapes.
Within a year, I had gained back all of what I had lost and then some...I was up to 209 lbs. September of 2008, I hit my all time heaviest, I was at 216 lbs, and feeling like a total loser. I realized that I needed to gain control of my emotions, and discipline myself so that I could start taking better care of myself.
I began walking more, and trying to eat healthier, but I was not really following any specific program. By June 1st of this year, I had managed to lose 20 lbs, but realized that I not only need to lose the weight. I needed to also improve my stamina and strength, if I was going to be able to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

June 1st, 2009=== I made a new commitment to myself. That I was going to do SI6 again, and regain control over my life and health. I am now beginning my 3rd week of the program and I have already lost 4 lbs. So im off to a great start. I realize now how important it is to have support, such as the online chat, WOWY workouts etc. This time I am going to make good use of those resources, and I will keep pushing play and reach my goal of achieving a healthy weight of 135lbs.
