My transformation story started in the summer of 2008 when I saw the P90X informercial. I have been involved with athletics nearly all of my life as a player, coach, and Physical Education teacher. Although my passion for teaching fitness never waned, years of sports and twenty years of working out with heavy weights had sapped my desire for keeping myself in the best possible shape. My joints and back were always sore, my body felt stiff and my workouts had become stale. In search of something to to light my inner fire, I borrowed the Yoga X video (of the P90X series) from a friend and I was instantly sold on the P90X series. For the first time in my life I believed it was possible to achieve SERIOUS fitness results without leaving your home or installing a home gym. I immediately implemented many P90X and 10-Minute Trainer moves into my lessons with my elementary school students. I blasted past my first set of goals for P90X and over a year later I am still charging and now I am helping others do the same as a Beachbody coach. My back pain is gone and I am feeling more flexible and more fit than ever and for the first time I truly can see my abs! Most importantly, I have completely changed my attitude toward health and fitness and now feel re-energized to be fit for life and to help others do the same.

It is my strong belief in the BeachBody programs and my desire to share my passion for fitness, that led me to develop ZillaFitness.com. Now I am helping fight the obesity epidemic in this country and meeting greet new friends and improving my own fitness in the process.
