I am 45, and in the Military. Each year I have to take a Physical Fitness Test (PT). As part of my preparation I use the P90X. It has proved to take my conditioning up a few levels and get in great shape. The diversity of the program always keeps my interest. Right now, I completed three cycles of P90X and starting the another cycle this week to be ready for my Fall APFT.
