When I was 34 years old, my husband survived a heart attack. My health should've become a priority but ironically became last on my list...solution? I stopped weighing myself when I saw "181" pounds on the scale.

I have reactive hypoglycemia, had chronic headaches, cystic acne and was 50+ pounds overweight.

I felt sorry for myself for over 2 years...until my husband (Xrayman) purchased Power 90 in 2003. It changed our lives.

I had been rationalizing for too long. Working out in the privacy of my own home gave me no excuses. No one staring...no babysitters, lockers rooms, parking lots.

...and yes, it was challenging to exercise and eat properly but it was easier than living the way I had in so many ways.

Power 90 is broken down into segments and before you know it, you're done for the day. It's effective, efficient and comprehensive. It taught me about goal setting. Which changed a lot of things for me down the road.

I focused each day on improvement, not perfection.

By day 90 I had lost 45+ pounds and more than 22 inches overall. I made
changes in my health, appearance and self-confidence. My husband had
similar results & soon after Beachbody sent us to Hawaii to film an infommercial!

Just 5 months later I completed the P90X program, losing more inches and gaining more confidence.

From there I became a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. I was motivated to learn more about good health and balance. Now I help other people find ways to live a healthy, balanced life. Then I became a Certified Personal Trainer! More information, more ways to learn, more ways to help. As partners my husband & I are helping people reach their goals.

Beachbody invited me to be a "Founding Coach" in December 2006. I've been part of this great community and a customer for 6 years and believe I have benefited far more than I've contributed.

Then I won $1000 in the May 2007 Transformation Contest. Things just kept getting better!

I was a guest speaker at the Tony Horton Fitness Camp in July 2005, 2006 and 2007 and my husband & I presented a Confidence Course for the campers. I ran in two 10K races in 2007 and participated in an Olympic distance Triathlon in
May 2008 to raise money for cancer research...I ran the 15K "Boilermaker" in July 2008. Beachbody programs and tools are a tremendous resource for training physically AND mentally for any challenge.

Beachbody sent me to Hawaii again in March 2008 as a TOP COACH.

I recently completed my 200 hour yoga certification and am registered with Yoga Alliance. My husband and I opened a Wellness Center and offer yoga, fitness classes and workshops for the local community and Team Beachbody trainings for local Coaches.

I've experienced success physically, emotionally, intellectually, even socially.
My health, attitude and whole life has changed since the first day I "pushed play". It's hard to believe how much I've learned and
experienced in these past six years-but more importantly: how much more I've ATTEMPTED than I'd have ever expected.
