Hey Guys,

My name is Adam Blake and I am a 21 year old college student down here in Texas. I got involved in Beach Body through my older brother, Josh, who is also a Beach Body coach. He started out with Power 90 and that is how I got my start. I am currently going through my first round of P90X and I could not be happier with the program. In High School I was a varsity baseball and varsity football player. After high school I went to college to continue playing football. Although my college football career did not pan out, I was still doing the same type of workouts that I learned from football. Even though I was still working out, I was the same size I was when I was playing ball. I peaked out at 237 pounds as a freshman in college. I decided it was time to do change something. Unfortunately, I did not know about Beach Body yet. So, like many Americans, I went for the quick fix and bought Hydroxycut Hardcore. I did have some good initial results with Hydroxycut and lost almost 50 pounds but once I got off of it I put 15 pounds back on. That is when my brother told me he was going to buy Power 90. At first, I was very skeptical of any workout program that could be bought off of an infomercial. After watching my brother go through some of the workouts at home, I decided I would give it a chance. Carl, Tony and every one at Beach Body have come up with an amazing approach to working out. I am very glad I took a chance with Beach Body. Now, I look forward to the future opportunities ahead of me as a coach. Hopefully I will be able to reach out and help people change their lives for the better!
