I am 45 years old, a mother of 2 children & 2 step-children, and a
grandmother of 6. I work as a self-employed business owner & bookkeeper
- spending part of my day sitting at a desk - but doing as much exercise as I
can. I am a member of the local TOPS Chapter & attend meetings some (1 or
2 a month) Thursday nights to weigh in. Sometimes we do light exercise

So far so good! 30 months in & still loving it!!!! A little hard on the knees
somedays, but using my magnetic insoles really helps. Not giving up for

somedays, but using my magnetic insoles really helps. Not giving up for
sure!! Have completed two rounds of TJ, & it is a blast! Love the w/o's & they
are not nearly as hard on the knees. Have been working at HH Abs for a few
months, but am on a brief sabatical of doing nothing more than walking so
that both my shoulders & my legs can heal. I have a torn ligament in my rt.
leg, a pulled muscle deep in my left leg, and both of my shoulders are giving
me grief for over a year now. Not enough hours to keep up with the boards
though.
