I am 45 years old, a mother of 2 children & 2 step-children, and a grandmother of 6. I work as a self-employed business owner & bookkeeper - spending part of my day sitting at a desk - but doing as much exercise as I can. I am a member of the local TOPS Chapter & attend meetings some (1 or 2 a month) Thursday nights to weigh in. Sometimes we do light exercise there as well. I am a member of the local TOPS Chapter & attend meetings some (1 or 2 a month) Thursday nights to weigh in. Sometimes we do light exercise there as well. I have a thyroid disorder - I had 2/3 of my thyroid removed over 6 years ago - due to having goiters, which resulted in causing a major hormonal imbalance as well. I gained just over 100 lbs. in 12 months, and an additional 20 lbs. over the following 6 months. So I went from 150 lbs. to 270 lbs. in 14 months, and no amount of exercise or working out would slow that weight gain(:. I did regular work-outs, and started lifting some weights as well, but the pounds just kept adding on. I spent 5 days in Toronto over 5 years ago, being tested by an endicrinologist for everything under the sun, and all they could tell me was that I had a major hormonal imbalance (my body was so screwed up) that there was nothing that they could do to help me. So I just kept on exercising, and watching my diet as much as possible, and trying to lose a few lbs. I was finally able to lose 10 lbs. in one year, but that was all I had been able to accomplish. I have tried using Herbalife products, and am a strong advocator of Nikken supplements as well. They have helped me immensely, even though I have not lost a great deal of weight yet! I have also recently become a fan of (Nikken's) CIAGA juice. This is an excellent product for helping elevate your energy levels & assisting with a host of other concerns. So, I believe that those products - combined now with the beachbody products - are going to be just what I need to help me get back on track! I'm very glad I discovered your program!! I now have goiters again & am waiting for a surgery date to be scheduled. In the meantime, I have very little energy & have to be cautious about how I expend the little that I do have. It definitely makes my life challenging! Still hanging in there though!! Thanks.

So far so good! 30 months in & still loving it!!!! A little hard on the knees somedays, but using my magnetic insoles really helps. Not giving up for sure!! Have completed two rounds of TJ, & it is a blast! Love the w/o's & they are not nearly as hard on the knees. Have been working at HH Abs for a few months, but am on a brief sabatical of doing nothing more than walking so that both my shoulders & my legs can heal. I have a torn ligament in my rt. leg, a pulled muscle deep in my left leg, and both of my shoulders are giving me grief for over a year now. Not enough hours to keep up with the boards though.
