Hello, I am 35 years old. I have a 9 year old daughter. I can't wait to start pushing play again. Just have to get this sugery behind me first.

**Update** I had brain surgery December 8, 2009. My doctor advised me not to workout at this time. It could take up to 8 months to fully recover. I can go walking as long as I have rest benches around. :-)
