I'm a 37 year-old married mother of a two active daughters. One is 2 and the other 4 years old. I live in NY and work a full time, pretty sedentary job as a medical secretary. As a busy wife and mom working full time, I sometimes find it hard to fit in exercise. Last year in August 2006, I decided to look into the Slim in 6 workout and started it and it did help me lose some inches. But I fell

For many years I've tried to lose weight. I've dieted and lost a few pounds. After I had my children it got much harder to watch my diet and fit in exercise that I gained much more weight. After I had my second daughter, my highest weight had even gotten to 150 pounds! None of my clothes were fitting and I had to go shop for new clothes. When I saw I had to start shopping in plus sizes and the selection of clothes, and how I looked, I decided I had to buckle down. I joined Weight Watchers and it helped me get down to the 130's. But, I knew I had to fit in exercise into my life as well. One day last year I saw the Slim in 6 infomercial. I was hesitant at first but curious as well. I purchased and started Slim in 6 in August of 2006. I eagerly started the program and started to see the results. But I started to miss workouts and eventually stopped as life got busier. Just recently I saw the infomercial again and decided to dig out my SI6 workout and start again. This time with a new resolve.

I started on July 3, 2007 with Slim in 6 and haven't looked back. It's been 8 months and I'm seeing great results that I never would have imagined. I've gone way past my 115lb goal and feel great. I'm really enjoying the beachbody fitness programs. I never would've thought I'd stick to exercising and eating right for this long! I've done a couple of rounds of Slim in 6 and have done a round of Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs. I'll be starting another round of Turbo Jam in March. I'm feeling great and looking good too. And enjoying the variety of workouts. I can't say enough about Million Dollar Body programs! The tools on Milliondollarbody site are wonderful. The diet plans on the MDB Club have been an excellent guide to clean eating. Also WOWY and the support on the message boards has been a great help as well. The support from message boards and committment to meeting workout buddies in WOWY has helped to keep me committed.

I feel great. Not only am I happy with how I look but with how I feel. I have energy to do the things I want to do. And reached my goal of feeling fit to keep up with my family. Getting to where I am has not only benefited me physically but emotionally. I havent' felt this great since I don't know when. My husband has also seen the change and feels proud and inspired of the commitment I've made, and has also joined me in getting fit. My family has seen the change and have expressed how impressed they are!

I'm hoping to reach my new goal of running in a 5K race. I have never run before. But now with the shape I'm in I can see my self getting to that goal.
