Hi everyone! My name is Alana and I am 22, and am a Registered Nurse at a world-renowned Paediatric Hospital. I have always been the "just above
ideal weight" girl. Never more than 10-15lbs overweight, and I hate that
word. Up until last spring, I was about 10lbs away from my weight goal of 135lbs. Unfortunately I gained 20lbs fairly quickly. I have struggled with trying to lose weight

and haven't stuck with it because it isn't fun. Just hard. I am now maturing
and want to be fit and healthy NOT skinny.
