I went home to FL for a visit and a friend of mine told me about Slim in 6. She had done the program and she looked great. I ordered the dvds the moment I got back home. I really enjoyed the program and love that Debbie incorporates a lot of lower body work (that is my trouble area). After completing Slim in 6 I moved onto Power 90. I saw greater results with Power 90. The cardio and weight training combo Tony uses really worked with my body type. I lost 10 pounds and notice my muscle defintion returning. I know think I own almost every program Beachbody has to offer. I love the music and energy of Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs is so much fun. I like the variety of the different workouts. With Beachbody you'll never get bored.
