Recently I was over 300 lbs and depressed, and started a death spiral, eating everything in site, gaining and gaining and gaining. I have no idea how big I actually became because I was too big for my scale. It was a 270lb scale god rest its soul. When I mounted it, it would spin around and around and then suddenly stop with a loud grinding noise...yikes!!! When my son was old enough to start school, he came home one day telling me that I was softer than the other dads. I know what he meant ;) The kids had made fun of me after I dropped him off and he didn't know how to say it to me or talk about it. He was suffering a lot because of my laziness. Not just because of some rude kids, but I was also not able to go outside and do physical things with him. I couldn't run, go swimming, walk, play any sports, and my chubby body hated being in or near the sun. I was soooooo miserable. So I decided to do something about it. I started reading and learning as much as I could about fitness and nutrition. Now, after some very long/tough days and nights, I'm finally a reasonable size, although I don't weigh myself because the haunting of the scale crushing under my feet is still too painful for me to deal with. My pants and shirts tell me I'm doing great. My Progress My Fitness Goal: Lose Weight Transformation Story

I've had Asthma my entire life. I've been on all kinds of inhalers, pills, and allergy medications to control it. For the past couple years, I couldn't go 2 hours without an inhaler. I use to set my alarm at night to wake me up every 2 hours, or it was a trip to the emergency room. I had more than 6 inhalers scattered around the house, in the car, next to the bed, at work, friends houses, it was as bad as any addiction, and kind of consumed me because I wouldn't leave the house without one. If it wasn't within eyesight, it was an instant panic attack. I told someone recently, and tonight doing Plyo confirmed it...I no longer use an Inhaler, or anything Asthma related. I'm not even sure where I could find one. Thank you Tony Horton and Beachbody.com!!!!!!!!!!!!! | ||||||||
