I'm 32 yrs old and starting to realizing that metabolism truly does slow down as you get older! I'm looking to get in better shape in the event I ever decide to have children so that if I do, it won't be as hard to get back INTO shape. I'd like to lose 15 lbs and gain some muscle tone.
