Mom of 2 great kiddos. Youngest is now 2 years old, so I figure my time has run out for excuses. I don't have a tremendous amount to lose, but I'm not really paying attention to the scale. When I do work out I tend to build muscle fairly quickly, so the numbers on the scale can be a bit decieving. My number 1 goal is to lose my "mommy" belly and just feel great and gain more energy!
