Cardio has always come hard to me (I love to tone!), even as far back as high school when I remember passing out running around the track. After being diagnosed with Alpha-1 (a genetic disease) I realize why! Even though I knew I would never be a distance runner, I had to find cardio that I could do, yet still challenged me. I started with just walking and then SI6, a little of P90 and PHH. Then I found Turbo Jam and found that it not only was cardiovascular exercise that I could do (without inhalers!) but that it was also FUN! I mean come on...who doesn't like to kick and punch! ;) The music in Turbo Jam is so motivating as well and never gets boring...in fact I find myself humming these little diddies in the oddest places such as in line at the bank or the grocery store! :P I still walk in addition to my Turbo Jam workouts, because I have 2 furry personal trainers (my whippet mixes :)). But nothing compares to the butt-kicking, confidence-building workout I get with Turbo Jam! I confess, I am a Turbo Junkie and as long as Chalene keeps coming out with new moves and new grooves I will always be addicted! ;) I love you Chalene! 60lbs down! Bring on the EXTREME!!

**UPDATE 1/13** Started my transformation with ChaLEAN EXTREME! To say it's challenging in the least, is an understatement! Looking forward to seeing the results soon!
