Hey there! welcome to your new life! i am excited to share my exsperiences with you and give you all the support you need. I was all my life the chubby one and used food to cope with boredom, dissapoitnments and anxieties. Later i added smoking to it and i was a smoker for 22 years but my difunctional relationship with food seemed to be the bigger challenge in my life. After overcoming my smoking addiction (now 3 1/2 years)i also needed and wanted to overcome my other and greatest additction,FOOD. I started exercising and paid attention to what food goes in my body. I started learning about nutrition and lerned to make wiser choices. In october 2008 i run-walked the long beach 1/2 marathon and never in my wildest dreams would i imagine doing anything sporty like.I framed my starting number and finishing medallion and i knew this is just the beginning. Now with beach body in my life, i found the support i needed and the companion ship i was looking for. My goal is to run the 1/2 marathon in long beach this year and with the support of beach body and the balanced nutritions, i can hardly wait to see my body and spirit come to life even greater! namaste
