Hello my name is Andrew Alvis over the years.
i have lose the weight but never work out .. other going to work .. i use to weight 400 pounds back in 1994 . today i weight 195 . i could lost weight but i like to gain muscle and body tone .

Update 11/29/08





complete week 2 . am work on turbo monday til saturday on week 3 am do the learn and burn for my warm up and for my 2nd work turbo sculpt .. over last 2 weeks i try the 20 minute workout that is little to high pace for me .. i will keep it low impack until i get stonger to do cardio party and the 20 min. work outs . anyway am keep on pushing play and getting stonger everyday ..

Update 12/07/08 .. Oh yeah that is a party but i keep my focus on how i punch and kick and trying to keep my tuck in .. my fav. move is the strike the 7 step . . row 3 times .. shake and shed ..
Sunday til friday .. Saturday is my only off day ..


date 12/22/08 .. am taking this program serious .. but it's fun .. i even done it front of my friends while they at my place .. it was fun they kinda laught but it's fun . i been doing the learn and burn mostly also the punch kick jam can't finish it yet but i get at lease 25 mins into it before my heart rate telling me i need to stop .. and get a cool done .. the twist and row is my faviorite match with elow behind my back with good form with my W up . took me awhile to get my W up i just keep my hands on my hips while i did a side kick or a front push kick ..

01/06/09 hello . i been feeling very good here lately i think its the food am eating and the turbo jam kicking in .

I keep on doing the learn & burn . well i watch the learn then i do the burn it's a very nice workout for 14 mins . turbo sculpt is very nice to do it's slow and but can be very tough at the end . i can finish this workout .. when i get into part two laying on the floor am still a beginner at this point i keep on following mandy to keep it low impass .. soon i be able to do punch kick jam 100 % that is a goal ..

i want to become a coach but i need to work on myself first before i can take it to that level .

i didn't weight in when i start this progame back in the middle of november 2008 . i sure can feel the differents in how my body feels building muscle and working on my six pack abs .

Feb. 09 .

Hello again . Things are going well in my workout with turbo jam . I have not been keeping up on my weight lost . Only reason why because i know i might gain muscle . I have sucessfuly complete all my DVD . i can do the 20 min turbo jam with breaking a sweat and not so much out of breath . Feels good to shake and shed . My best moves been here lately front knee and back kick . i love doing the wheel in Cardio Party # 1 try to do a cart wheel feel more easy .

I do still feel like the student and getting my form down with the W with elbows .




June . 06 .

been not working out last 3 months . been in a depression .

Am start back on tubo jam . this coming up monday . am out my depression now . been moving into a new relationship and move out my old place . Am in love with neely murphy .
we are in enage to be married . am start back working out next week on monday back to the basic with learn and burn and move it back up with 20 min. workout .
Time to dance and get back into great shape .
