Hi. My name is Annie. I am a swim instructor, swim coach, water aerobics instructor and land aerobics instructor. I LOVE fitness. I am very happily married with three fun, thoughtful, smart, talented children and a sharp, witty and handsome husband. Our family of five boasts three dogs (two normal, one tiny), one cat and a fish named Thunder (one of the dogs is named Lightning, go figure).

Transformation Story

After being a competitive swimmer in high school, I went to college and gained twenty to forty pounds...while still swimming! LOL

I then left the country for volunteer work and maintaining More...

I then left the country for volunteer work and maintaining a slim weight was no big deal....not much food around, anyway.

During my first pregnancy, I gained 18 pounds. 35 during the second and then, a whopping 72 during the third. (And my daughter is the tiniest thing!)

I lost weight in various ways, mostly I walked and ate well. But to tone up and get POWERFUL, I found beachbody.com. Starting out with Power90 and moving on to Slim In Six, my body became something I never thought I'd see. Powerful abs, cut biceps and toned triceps. I could not believe my eyes. I could not believe this was MY body, on MY frame. I am in constant motion, now, from all the energy I have. Beachbody.com is a constant source of fitness for me. I just bought the new Turbo Jam with the ball. Can't wait to try it. Has anyone else pushed PLAY on this thing yet??
