I am a stay at home mother of three. I have always tried to eat fairly healthy and maintain a decent physique. This has proved most difficult after my third child was born. My body is not quite bouncing back like it did after the first two, and I believe entering my thirties may have put a damper on my metabolism. So, I have decided I need a support group, because it is way easier to go at it
