January 5, 2009: Lack of exercise and love of food has brought me to looking for something to add the zip back into my motivation. After all of the hard work I did to get rid of the back fat, here I am again with cottage cheese on the sides of my ribs and covering my belly. Yuck! With the help of Charlean Extreme and my SIS (Siblings in Sweat), I am going to see a big difference in 90 days. Today was day one. Here goes!
