I was never a very heavy person for my frame. As a 6ft tall person, I was always able to keep my weight in and around 180lbs to 190lbs. Last year, I started noticing my weight creeping up even higher beyond the 190lb mark. During Christmas 2008, my wife and I took a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and I contracted bronchitis. Upon returning home, I consulted with my physician and weighed in at a whopping 211lbs. I guess I indulged in one too many buffets at the Riu Palace. The next day my wife and I had a conversation on what I wanted for my birthday and she suggested a personal trainer. In the following weeks we had a few more conversation on the weight loss topic and during one of these conversations I recalled an infomercial on P90X with Tony Horton. Let me say that the rest is history. I am a graduate of P90X as I have finished my first 90 days. I say first 90 days because I had so much fun working out with Tony and the guys that I want to do it again. For my second round I will do P90X Doubles and toss in some additional cardio by running and cycling. I am looking forward to the second round as I am shooting to match the same intensity found in the workouts. That’s right folks, I am bringing it!
