This has been a great start to the new year for me. The first time I have seen real weight loss in almost 2 years, and I it wasn't like I didn't try before. But to be honest, I wasn't consistent with my eating or my workouts. I feel that I am building new habits thanks to WOWY and my workout buddies. Having a computer to log into every day is also a big part of my new focused WOWY committment. So I am eating cleaner - I took Splenda out of my life. I have become life-long friends with Chalene Johnson and the Turbo Jam Crew. I have more energy and now, the self-confidence to taste my dream of losing 45lbs for my 45th birthday. That would put me into a weight that I haven't seen since the early 90's. I still have a long way to go, but I believe I can get there.

It's been several months since I started this, and although my rogress has been slow, I have had progress. I started working out 1 to 3 times per week. Now I am working out 6 days per week and sometimes a little more. Consistency and switching up my routines has been key. Beachbody has provided me with a plethora of workouts to keep me from getting bored or plateauing.

I became a coach to make myself accountable for my workouts. I tried Slim in Six and had nice results. I am getting so many compliments on how much I am shrinking. Now I'm in my second week of Power 90X, trying to take my body to the next level and hopefully inspire my friends and family into working towards better health through regular exercise. I want them to see how Beachbody is helping me, and how it can help them, too.
