Hi my name is Barb & I'm an aerobic's instructor & personal trainer in Rochester, NY. I've been doing this for 30 yrs now. Due to a hysterectomy 3 yrs ago, I put on 25 lbs that I am now struggling like you to take off. Love middle age. I'm working on looking fabulous at 50. Having always been in fitness and not really having to deal with my food & exercise, imagine at age 46 having a hysterectomy and 1 year later being 25 lbs heavier & not being able to take it off no matter what I did that used to work just fine. Finally taking my own advice that I'd given clients time & time again, I now track everything I eat daily & my exercise daily. So far I've got 10 lbs off in 3 months & am working on the other 15 by the end of the year. My advice, hang in there, it does work. My favorite advice to my clients, take you favorite jean put them in the dryer & put them on. Then wait 1 month & do it again. It's better inspiration than any scale ever will be!
Ok, so I fell off the wagon, gained another 10 lbs back by not watching what I eat, exercise has never been a problem for me. Join me & let's get rid of this weight by the 1st of the year, send me an email & let's go!
