I have enlisted the help of Rossy to help me reach my goals of a healthier me.I have always considered myself an active person but i guess just not the best eater.I am not sure when it happened but one day I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I didnt like what I saw and couldnt believe I let myself get to this point.I have alway excelled at things in life including school,work,friends and family but i just never took the time to treat my body right.i have now started actively going to the gym and started watching what I eat. Hopefully I can continue to come closer to my goals.
