Since 2006, I've lost over 100 lbs through diet and exercise on my own. I've been battling that last 15 lbs (and the same 10 lbs) for the past year. I don't really care for strength training, and a personal trainer is not an option for me. I'm a cardio junkie. I completed 2 sprint distance triathlons last year and ran a half marathon in January of this year. Due to my distaste for strength training, I injured my knee. Getting back into and maintaining a consistent workout schedule has been a struggle.
