I've always been "the heavy sister" of my sisters. At my heaviest, I was 215lbs at 5'9". When I was 18, I started running and weight training. I got down to 145lbs; my fittest, by the time I was 20. I wasn't able to maintain my weight. I tried every fad diet under the sun. I got involved with a guy and my time to workout became even smaller, plus I took the Depo shot. My weight shot up to 205!
