I am a 60-year old grandma who no longer feels like an
old woman. Five years ago I needed help getting up into
the van. Now I can run up and down hills with my
grandson, no problem. I have degrees in biology and
work in the environmental field. I am also a harpist. I
play music for the stressed, the sick and the dying, as
well as performing parties, weddings, etc.

i didn't think this program would really help me, which is
the reason I don't have any good "before" pictures to
compare with. I started doing P90 May 5, 2002. A few

the reason I don't have any good "before" pictures to
compare with. I started doing P90 May 5, 2002. A few
weeks into it, I saw big differences in my life. Not only
have I lost weight, I have gained flexibility, strength,
confidence, and a better attitude. My hips don't hurt. I can
carry my grandson. I have gone from a size 16P to a size
10P. I have now completed two rounds of Power 90 and
part of a third round, then I switched to Power Half Hour
and Ho Ala Ke Kino to make some variety.

I have now finished my third round of P90, and doing great. I went out for the Senior Olympics this year in swimming, walk race, and spelling bee. Won the gold in all three. See my "senior olympics" thread for the pictures. I will be going to the State games in October. I am also joining a triathlon team, I will be the swimmer. None of this would have been possible without the beach body programs. I feel like I'm back in high school again :)
