I am a single mom with two teenage children - where has the time gone? I
have a pretty busy life, but my new (2 yrs now!) career leaves me sedentary
with either lots of traveling by car/air, or sitting at my desk. I love to go
camping in the summer, and also enjoy taking walks with my children. I am
also in the process of finishing up the last 2 classes for my masters (which

Transformation Story

I go back on forth on fitness kicks. About 6 years ago I was at the gym
everyday and also running. I worked afternoons and it gave me something to

I go back on forth on fitness kicks. About 6 years ago I was at the gym
everyday and also running. I worked afternoons and it gave me something to
do when the kids were in school. I was in great shape. Then I got into a
minor car accident which wreaked havoc on my neck, lower back, and my
knees - which put the end to running. Well then I went to days, and still tried
to workout, but never really found the time. Then back to school and make
that even less time for the kids let alone workouts. I am a nurse by trade and
never really ate all that unhealthy and never really got overweight, but being
110 for years, then shooting up to 135-138 I really was starting to dislike
what I saw in the mirror. My clothes got tighter and then the cellulite came!
That was when I decided to get back into it. I started doing kickboxing at a
local gym and loved the cardio as well what a great stress buster it was. But
as a single mom with 2 kids, I had a hard time justifying $60 a month and
finding the time (and classes were only 2 days a week). So I have been trying
the work-out-at-home, but got a new job 2 years ago and I travel a lot. So
fast forward now 2 years to a few weeks ago. Cellulite still there. I have the
little belly pouch. I am tired of the way I look and the only thing that is going
to change that is a miracle! And since those are few and far between its
gonna have to be some hard work, sweat, and Turbo Jam. I chose ChaLEAN Extreme as my main workout, and Turbo Jam
because it gives me that kickboxing/stress relieving that I loved so much
before, and it will tone my babyfat belly (can I still say that 13 yrs laters?).
My next challenge - Power 90x...I have see the commercials and think "wow I
want that ripped body again!". So here goes!!
