Life has taken me from Puerto Rico to Michigan...down to Ohio...back to Michigan...and now to New Jersey. All the while, I've noticed that my steady career path acceleration has existed as a reverse reflection of my steady decline in overall health and physical happiness.
I was always athletic growing up; Baseball and Hockey were constant activities that kept me in great shape.

Life has taken me from Puerto Rico to Michigan...down to Ohio...back to Michigan...and now to New Jersey. All the while, I've noticed that my steady career path acceleration has existed as a reverse reflection of my steady decline in overall health and physical happiness.
I was always athletic growing up; Baseball and Hockey were constant activities that kept me in great shape. Things were so much easier then; I played to play, and never really noticed how I was benefiting my physical well-being. Then, as all things do, it all changed with time. Life got busier...I got older...and work became everything!
10 years after leaving High school, and 5 years after graduating from college I've found myself bouncing back and forth trying to retain that phenomenal physical shape I attained so easily years before. It's not been easy...and nothing has ever really stuck. However, that's all changing now...ever single day!
My girlfriend introduced me to Beachbody's extensive line of products and services when she decided that we needed to work together at regaining our youthful physiques once and for all. We started with "Slim in 6" and I quickly noticed that I could easily make these habits a part of my daily life. We've since moved onto "Insanity" and we are absolutely hooked!!! Yeah, I've dropped my weight...but that was never the big issue. Because of what the Beachbody program has done for me, I'm more toned, more energetic, more positive and I look GREAT!
AND I'M NOT DONE YET...NOT BY A LONG SHOT!
I used to always wonder how people achieved those body's that look like they came straight out of a Marvel Comic Book. Now, I make daily plans to achieve my own Super Hero reality.
During this journey, I've started to share my stories with my co-workers and friends...sometimes anyone who would be willing to listen. Everyone wants to know what exactly I've been doing that is showing such drastic results. My excitement, as it seems, is extremely infectious!
So now I'm here. I believe more people NEED to know that they TOO can take control of their health, life and happiness, and that they AREN'T ALONE. We are all here for our own reasons, but we can definitely work together as a community and reach our goals together!
So let's get motivated! Let's DIG DEEPER and reach that level we never believed to be attainable. Let's make a REAL change in our own lives that can effect EVERYONE around us!!!
