224 lbs. 8/15/09 About to start Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Wish me luck! Ok Plyometric Cardio is no joke first time around! I'm literally crying sweat, even though I only got about 75% of the way through, I kept pausing. I gotta learn not to do that! But all in all I'm ok. Guys this is hell on earth now but I'm sure in a couple of weeks I'll love it! Anyway gonna go eat 300 calories right quick hehe.
224 lbs. 8/16/09 Got Cardio Power & Resistance today. I'm still sore from yesterday! Ok that was new, I noticed it had some of the Fit Test excercises in it. Ok I need some help! I didn't do as much this time because my muscles were still sore from yesterday. Is there anyway I can prevent this so I can get through more than 75% of the video? The recovery drink helps but it's not enough.
