Sooooo, after I finally climbed out of the fog, I went back to surfing for Tony in the morning so I could work out with that awesome music, get motivated, inspired and ... just order the dang thing, ok? I like challenges, I like to push limits, I like to go fast, I wasn't looking for "your momma's work out video". Surprised myself by passing the fit test, and as of 8/08 I'm just about to start Phase 3!!! It has NOT been easy, physically or mentally, but TOTALLY worth every drop of sweat!!! More than the wonderful effects of dropping pounds and inches, my energy and confidence are so much higher! Cycling and dancing again are so much more fun with a strong, energetic body!! Sure, I've got at least another round, maybe two, of the X before I hit my target weight/size, but I'm living life out loud with vibrant gusto RIGHT NOW!!! You can't put a price on that, and I just want to thank Tony and the BB community for putting together an awesome program, and an incredible support system!!

Started almost ground zero on June 20, 08 with big weight to lose, but still with an excellent fitness base... so surprising after sitting on my tail eating black licorice for a year battling PTSD. But I love cycling and dancing, which kept my cardio and my legs from going totally to pot. Like most women, my shoulders have been my weakest challenge with P90X, but I'm doing a few modifications and hanging with it a lot better than I thought I could! My goal? Hit 50 years young next year in as good, or better shape than when I was in the military. Done it before, I'll do it again. Just can't say thank you enough to the community I feel here!
