hello all,

im 27 years old and im not what you would say active. played sports in high
school but that was 10 years ago now i can barely go up my stairs without
getting winded. i've had a similar body type most of my life and i've always
wanted to be a liitle stronger, be able to do a little more physical work than i
can and im looking forward to this program to help me achive that.
