I had always been on the thin side until a few years ago. I had to have my gallbladder out after gaining some weight and not eating healthy and I ended up very sick and in the hospital for 6 weeks.  More...
I had always been on the thin side until a few years ago. I had to have my gallbladder out after gaining some weight and not eating healthy and I ended up very sick and in the hospital for 6 weeks. I had damage to my pancreas and became diabetic. The dr. told me I had to completely change my diet and lifestyle. I wasn't very happy about this as you can imagine, but luckily, my wife was all about being healthy. She got me eating healthier and walking. The weight came off and I became more fit. Walking was my workout of choice until my wife introduced me to the Million Dollar Body workouts. I am doing the Power 90 workouts and I love them. It has made such a huge difference in my life. Now, I can't imagine being without them!!
