In 2002 , After having 4 pregnancies, and 3 boys, I found myself with lots of extra weight. I was in denial a long time, and rationalized it by feeling it was ok to be a "fluffy mommy". But my 40th birthday was coming and I did NOT want to turn 40 and be "fat" too. So I took up with Weight Watchers eating and after 3 months of just diet changes, I started working out. Kathy Smith was my first (and always will be my favorite) video teacher. In the course of a year I lost 95 lbs and got to my goal. I followed Kathy Smith to Beachbody, and got into Project: YOU, which helped me even more, to tone up, and maintain my loss. WOWY helps me stay motivated and makes me feel like I'm not alone. If I feel like blowing off a workout, I just come to WOWY, and see everyone pushing play, and if they can do it, so can I!!
