I'm 39 years old, 5'9" and trying to loose the belly and gain muscle at the same time. I try to stay fit by playing basketball, but now I'll will step it up and get Xed! I have a 20" vertical leap now but I want to be able to at least touch the rim when I'm done with P90X! That's my goal and if get ripped in the process that will be awesome!
