Oct 1: Started with the 30-minute workout that came with Shakeology. Plan to do that and the 50-minute workout for 2 weeks. Then move on to Power 90 until Jan 2010.

September 17, 2009: 229 lbs. with 30% bodyfat. Heaviest I've ever been.

Goal for 2010 is to get down to 190# with 15% bodyfat.

Decided to move on from Shakeology workouts (which are pretty good) and started on Power 90 today. Easier than Shakeology 50.

Did my 3rd round of Shakeology - 30 minutes yesterday. Feel pretty good today - not really sore! Doing a 24-hour fast today.
