My name is Brooke Peyman and I am a fitness Enthusiast. I am an Arizona native and an Arizona State Alumni. I graduated with my degree in nutrition and am currently working as a childhood nutritionist. More importantly I am a fitness instructor teaching all kinds of formats. For myself fitness is a way of life and I carry it with me everywhere.
Growing up I wasn't always the most athelic person. Instead I was the kid that tired every sport out there and never really stuck with one. This is when my passion for fitness began. While all my other friends were doing team sports I was hitting the gym, taking classes, and learning more about fitness. My passion for fitness took me through college earning my degree in nutrition and also personal training and teaching group fitness to pay for my schooling.
I found my only successes in fitness come from my having fun. I find what moves me, makes me feel good, and most importantly works for me! Fitness really is for everyone it is just a matter of finding your nitch!
