Bryan also is an award-winning Swing Dancer, specializing in Lindy Hop. Expect to see him dancing at least two times a week — or more!
In 1999, Bryan did the Bill Phillips' Body-for-LIFE program and twice completed the Body of Work Challenge, surpassing the achievements of 94% of all competitors who entered the competition.
Since then Bryan has "maintained", but isn't in the best shape of his life anymore. He will use P90X to get back into shape and succeed.

I am now past the half-way point of P90X Classic and I am looking and feeling great! I am gaining muscle and have more stamina than before. Things are excellent.

Currently, I am 52 and fit, but I need to get better. I Swing dance and this past Saturday night I realized I couldn't keep up with some other dancers.
It has been so easy in the past, but now it's getting more difficult to keep up. So, here we go with P90X to get me back into my 1999 shape (10% body fat)!

11/09/09 Well, it's working. I feel and look stronger. No weight change, yet, but that's to be expected as I am building muscle.
I am now past the half-way point and going strong! 11/02/09 Got through week one. Not so easy! Having a small time management problem, but I am getting all my workouts in.
Looking forward to a productive Week Two. 10/26/09 Wow, this was an amazing workout. Truly impressed with it! The only routine I skipped was the one with the plate because I just couldn't figure out what Tony was doing.
