Halliday, ND hey everyone! I am Chris, a single father of 2 wonderful children ages 3 & 7. I lost my wife in a car accident two years ago, and have been re-couping since. I have always strived to be in good condition as I was a professional athlete for 10 years. After I got married, my wife cooked very well, and I couldn't say no, so needless to say, I gained a significant amount of weight. Since she has been hey everyone! After I got married, my wife cooked very well, and I couldn't say no, so needless to say, I gained a significant amount of weight. Since she has been gone, I have been striving to get back into shape, however, with the two kids, the time is always an issue. I purchased P90X, and enjoy it tremendously, but I still have issues staying motivated and finding the time to get in all the workouts. I have a new girlfriend now, and she wants to do them with me. She also has a young boy, so there is another one to tend too. I do feel better having someone to workout with. I still need the extr "push" wich is why I, we, are here. I absolutely love the positivity and motivation that eludes from team beach body. I wil gladly accept any advice, suggestions, or ideas that anyone has to offer to keep us on track as we both dream of having a beach body! Look forward to hearing from everyone! Thank you!!
