I am a stay at home mother of two boys. I found that I needed to start doing something to keep myself active since I no longer work. My kids are old enough that I am not chasing after them day after day and so I became sedentary. When I found out my 10 year old is almost as tall as I am and weighs as much as I do we (my son and I) decided we needed to work out and eat better. So here I am, doing
