I am 26 yrs. old I have 3 boys and a husband.I am obesse at this time and I really need to get healthy for myself but also for my family because they really need me. My husband is disabled and I have a special needs child. So to me it is so important for me to be here for my family in the future way I am going is not good. So if anybody can give encourgement

Well here it is 6/23/09 as you can see I fell off the wagon big time but that is okay I have learned some things in this past year.I have had serious up and downs recently. I am picking my self up by the boot straps and going to do this again and this time it will be done the right way.
