After having my son, I came home from the hospital 187 pounds. I was 120 when I got pregnant. I had completely let myself go, and the depression that came along with this transformation was almost unbareable. I couldn't enjoy the things a new mom should be treasuring, and I decided that it was time to do something about it. I completely changed my diet, and started doing one fitness DVD in a small rectangle in my bedroom five or six days a week. When I started to loose some weight, and become stronger, I also added some strength training to my routine three days a week. I am now stronger, leaner, and HAPPIER than I have ever been in my life, and I really want to help others feel that amazing satisfaction and pride.
