I was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. I have been into sports all my life...playing and coaching. I stopped my workouts and that fun late 20s slow down of the metabolism hit me. I lost 30 lbs using Weight Watchers a couple year ago and now I am wanting to get the fitness portion down and back on the wagon. I do all of the technical work on a telemedicine (videoconferencing) network throughout AZ
