I am the Chairman and CEO of Beachbody and Team Beachbody, and never liked to exercise. I guess that's why people like these programs - because I'm just solving my own issues - and that seems to be striking a chord. I have a 7 year old daughter named Ava Delaney. I was lucky enough to meet Tony Horton through a friend, and was blown away how fast the fitness guidance he gave me was changing my body. That lead us to begin creating Power 90. And while I was confident I would get the results, even I was surprised at the photos and how tight my abs got. The best part is -- soon after, I got to see how the same was happening for anyone who had the ability to commit and stay with one of our programs -- the same can happen to you too!
Now -- seven years after we developed Power 90, then Slim in 6, P90X, and the rest, we have refined the message to understand that it is isn't all about the product you use, it's the "system" that gives you EVERYTHING youneed to succeed. I call it "Play, Shake and Share": (1) Push play and exercise at least 20 times a month (2) eat rights -- for me that includes a really healthy meal replacement shake each day, and (3) share -- be accountable by taking your photos and measurements every thirty days, support others, and stay connected to like-minded people.
That's the system that keeps me motivated, and it will work for you too!
