I finished grad school 2 years ago and vowed that I would get back in shape. I had been an athlete in high school, but once I started college my fitness took a back seat.
I had slowly been getting more regular in my workouts and eating better. the last year I have progressively become more regimented. I completed the first 90 days of CHALean extreme and saw pretty good results. They would have been much better had I been more careful about my eating. I just finished the 2nd round of the Burn Phas and was much better about my eating. My results have been much noticeable.
